POPA-Railwork-BidNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on December 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Administration Building Conference Room of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas (“Port of Port Arthur”) located at 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Rail Track Improvement and Repairs Project consisting of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, services, and performing all operations in connection with the work to repair and/or upgrade the Rail Tracks 744 and 749 (collectively the “Rail Track Improvement and Repairs Project”). Thereafter, sealed bids addressed to the Port of Port Arthur for the Rail Track Improvement and Repairs Project will be received at the office of the Port Director, Floyd Gaspard, until 10:00 a.m. local time on December 18, 2013 and all bids received will immediately thereafter be opened and read on December 18, 2013 at 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on November 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Administration Building Conference Room of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas (“Port of Port Arthur”) located at 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Berths 1 through 5 Repairs Project consisting of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, services, and performing all operations in connection with the work to repair and/or upgrade the fenders and wharf structure of Berths 1 through 5 and RoRo Platform (collectively the “Berths 1 through 5 Repairs Project”). Thereafter, sealed bids addressed to the Port of Port Arthur for the Berths 1 through 5 Repairs Project will be received at the office of the Port Director, Floyd Gaspard, until 10:00 a.m. local time on December 18, 2013 and all bids received will immediately thereafter be opened and read on December 18, 2013 at 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas.
